Job Summary

• To assist the Head of Department to facilitate, implement and promote the compliance function and culture by overseeing compliance within the organisation and ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures with the focus to minimise regulatory risks, sanctions and reputational damage to the organisations.
• To assist the Head of Department in providing reasonable assurance to Senior Management and Board that there are effective and efficient policies in place, well understood by all employees, and that the Bank is complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
