Position Overview
Lead the evolution of the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service as the Executive Director of Organizational Strategy & Performance. This full-time, one-year contract position requires a visionary leader to enhance public safety practices.
As a strategic leader, you will report directly to the Chief and guide the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service in creating effective frameworks for modern policing. Drawing on your extensive experience in planning, performance, and governance, you will engage with senior leaders to align strategy and action, fostering teamwork and accountability throughout operations.
