Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various Sales positions. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media etc. Conduct bulk hiring campaigns to meet business requirements. Ensure timely filling of open positions by coordinating with stakeholders and team members. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers made. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in executive hiring or non-IT recruitment (preferably in BFSI sector). Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques (bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring). Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively during salary discussions.
