Position Overview

Job description Key Responsibilities: Workforce Management Ensure the availability of manpower as per production requirements. Arrange contract labor (both male and female) based on factory needs. Conduct recruitment and on boarding for staff, adhering to approval protocols. Time Office Functions: Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling. Ensure accurate payroll processing through SAP. Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, Industrial Laws, Labor Department regulations, PCB, and Local Body regulations. Manage statutory renewals, remittances, returns, and registers. Employee Welfare & Engagement: Implement employee motivation and engagement programs. Conduct statutory committees (such as POSH, Safety, Grievance, etc.). Safety & Security: Ensure factory safety compliance and security measures for employees.
