Position Overview
Our client in the retail industry is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for business‑oriented support as well as secretarial, administrative, personal support and dealing with strategically sensitive and confidential information i.e. diary management, management of board processes, local and international travel, management of emails, co‑ordinate events, office management, dealing with private business etc.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification. Hospitality or administrative qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 8 years work experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role at executive level is a must.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
Previous experience working with a listed company - Board and its directors.
Previous experience dealing with private business.
Excellent PC literacy skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
