What the role is
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a safe, sustainable and livable built environment for Singapore. You will experience diverse roles and functions covering building regulations, stakeholder engagement, grant administration and universal design promotion.
What you will be working on- Reviewing building plan submissions, including designs related to safety, environmental sustainability and barrier‑free accessibility.
- Formulating strategies, policies and processes for accessibility standards and advancing universal design in the built environment.
- Promoting and administering the Accessibility Fund.
- Carrying out stakeholder engagement and community outreach initiatives to address accessibility challenges and promote universal design adoption.
