The Ujina Growth Project is located 185 km southeast of Iquique in the Tarapacá Region, at 4,400 meters above sea level. The objective is to increase the concentrator’s throughput capacity from an average of 170 ktpd to 210 ktpd. Package PG1, the first of three packages, involves detailed engineering and procurement (EP) of six flotation cells and on‑site support during construction. Package PG1 began on August 1, 2023, and is expected to be completed in February 2025.
