The successful applicant will be responsible for producing a wide range of fresh breads and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and consistency. Key Responsibilities Weigh and measure flour, yeast and other ingredients according to recipes and production requirements Mix, knead, mature, cut, mould and shape dough by hand and using commercial bakery equipment Prepare and bake breads, rolls, buns, artisan loaves and specialty bakery products Operate mixers, dough dividers, moulders, provers and commercial ovens Monitor dough temperature, fermentation and proving times Set and adjust oven temperatures and baking times to achieve consistent results Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality, appearance, texture and freshness Follow daily production sc...
