Position Overview

We are seeking additional experienced concrete labourers and form setters for our Commercial forming division based out of our Jasper location. These individuals will be responsible for all manual labor necessary for the construction of concrete foundations. This role requires experience working with concrete footings and walls with strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and consistent situational awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble footings and stand panels

  • Install rebar

  • Ability to brace wall, install and disassemble scaffolding

  • Operation of a power tools

  • Prepare walls before pouring – operate oil sprayer

  • Install sleeves in correct location

  • Install wall beam pockets

  • Install windows (drops, buck windows)

  • Pump, vibrate and float concrete

  • Install anchor bolts

  • Install dowels
