We are currently recruiting for an Experienced EHCP Co-ordinator to join a busy and dedicated SEN team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments and reviews, ensuring children, young people and families receive high-quality, person-centred support.
