Export Coordinator (Level 6) (Toluca de Lerdo)

Hybrid role: This position requires working 3 days on site and 2 days from home on a full‑time basis.

• Coordinate the logistic processes of stock and emergencies export shipments across all transportation modes:
  • Contact different forwarders to request their services and provide necessary information.
  • Get the booking or AWB.
  • Coordinate the pickup.
  • Develop packing list, commercial invoices, hazmat declaration and customs processes.
  • Review and optimize transportation rates.
• Provide export documents to the custom broker, customers and carriers.
• Develop the export shipment instruction letter including all shipment information.
• Provide shipping details to the customers.
• Receive claims and provide resolution to the customers.
• Track VIP and stock reports.
