I am currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based in a static role in Canary Wharf, London, working within a banking environment on a 4 on 4 off days only shift with no callout. The successful candidate will be an all-round Fabric Engineer and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally with a background working within corporate environments. He or she will be required to carry out Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team in a large building, responsible for all the landlord services.
