Fabrication Assembler-2nd Shift (2:30pm to 11pm)

JOB SUMMARY

Use hand tools to assemble fabricated parts and perform basic operations on manufacturing equipment/machines

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Perform various tasks including using hand tools to assemble fabricated parts at floor stations, perform basic operations on standard manufacturing machinery, and product packaging

•Test and calibrate assembled mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications

•Adhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used by the team

•Be aware of all Quality requirements

•Follow the Work Instructions and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines

•Identify any documentation errors and bring to the attention of the Line Leader (. Bills of Material, Quality documents, Work Instructions)

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
