Position Overview

            General Summary Conduct daily monitoring and recording of facilities system operating parameters. 
Verify recorded data against the specified control limits and report deviations or potential issues to the Technical Service Engineer. 
Complete assigned maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation including shift report, PM work orders, FMS updates, equipment activity record and etc. 
Respond to site issues and problems as the frontline protection guard. 
Liaise with vendors or contractors for troubleshooting and resolving issues such as lift or dumbwaiter malfunctions, water leaks, pipe bursts, power trips, fire alarms triggers and etc. 
Actively troubleshoot and restore systems to normal operation during emergency situations. 
Supervise and monitor maintenance service contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of maintenance works in compliance with the Company requirements (EHS, SOW, housekeeping, etc.).
