About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance operations and safety of our buildings and premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities systems and services operate efficiently comply with local regulations and meet the highest standards of safety functionality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety and security systems.

Plan implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

Supervise and coordinate with in-house maintenance teams and external contractors for repairs upgrades and service delivery.

Manage facility budgets track expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
