Facilities Manager - LSF

SMX is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide SME support for facilities management and access control in Sembawang, Singapore. Must be a motivated, self‑starter who can work with diverse stakeholders at all levels and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret SCI, which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

This position is working onsite in Sembawang, Singapore.

• Required to live at the work site to meet 24/7 facilities emergency response requirement within 60 minutes or less from emergency notification or recall by the client leadership.
• Submit, track, and ensure completion of facilities maintenance requests.
