Position Overview
**Overview**
Element has an opportunity for a **Department Manager I** . The primary function of the Facilities Manager and Supporting Operations is to lead the lab support functions, including Facilities, Quality, Safety, Calibration, and Shipping & Receiving to support high performance and productivity of the location through use of best practices in managing resources, services, and processes to meet the needs of the Company.
Salary: $90,000- $115,000/yr DOE
**Responsibilities**
• As a member of the lab’s Leadership Team, participates in the development of the lab’s objectives and oversees all aspects of lab support operations. Provides input into lab capital plan and operation plan and effectively manages budget costs. Provides technical input for equipment and facility enhancements. Drafts and tracks Capital Expense requests and supporting documents for submittal to corporate leadership
