Position Overview
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.
Location Requirement:
We are considering candidates in one of the following office locations: Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; or Richmond, VA. The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
This position supports the planning and execution of facility/real estate related projects, working closely with contractors, internal stakeholders and the Segra Facilities management team. The position is a blend of administrative and project management; ensuring there is clear communication across a spectrum of key contributors, while delivering a project on time and within budget.
