Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our client based in the picturesque setting of the Cotswolds!

This is a hands on role which involves all aspects of working in an industrial environment
This role is offering an immediate start and the genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period!
Pay & Benefits:
£12.80 per hour
Monday - Friday, 7am-6pm with an early finish on Fridays
Weekly pay
28 days paid annual leave

The Role:
Operate sawmill machinery safely and efficiently
Load, position, and secure timber onto cutting equipment
Measure, mark, and cut timber to required sizes and specifications
Monitor machine performance and report faults or defects...
