Fashion-Focused Customer Success Specialist

Joseph Ribkoff designs classic and contemporary garments for fashion-forward women worldwide. The Customer Success Specialist will engage with customers via phone and email, ensuring a world-class service and growing relationships in our Spain region. You will support orders, inquiries, payments, returns, and reporting while collaborating with Sales Representatives and our CRM system. Fluent English and Spanish are required, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
