Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Captain for the Talea team in the Food & Beverage department. Based at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, the Captain ensures smooth operation and guest service to the standards of the property.

The role reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and requires prior luxury-hotel experience, strong communication and customer service skills, with Italian language proficiency preferred.
