Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie at Marina Bay Sands, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare, cook, and present menu items, manage a kitchen section, and supervise Commis chefs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation, cooking and presentation of produce in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Run a kitchen section with the assistance of Commis chefs.
  • Ensure compliance with waste control, stock rotation and cleaning schedules.
  • Maintain functional administration of the restaurant (docket procedures, station management, food labelling).
  • Possess detailed knowledge of the full menu and provide dish descriptions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
