The F&B Service Ambassador is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests in a manner consistent with hotel service standards in our F&B outlets. We are looking for Service Ambassadors to support our Restaurant and Lobby Lounge operations.

• Receive, write, pick-up and serve all food and beverage items.

• Good knowledge of the liquor brands and categories, knows the alcoholic beverage terms and standard drink abbreviations to make beverage recommendations to the guests.

• Has basic food preparation terms and able to engage and recommend to guests.

• Receive all incoming reservations from the guests and ensure that reservations are accurately registered in the system.
