Responsibilities

Service Efficiency

• Ensure Service Operations' compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi-QPMS) and the Termite Management Program.
• Conduct technical advisory for services that require site inspection.
• Ensure accurate and on‑time submission of reports agreed with customers.
• Undertake periodic inspections of HD/KA customers, discuss findings and recommendations, and seek agreement on action plans.
