Field Desktop Support Engineer - IT Troubleshooter

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our growing team in Espoo, Finland. The role entails maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting desktop systems and peripherals, with emphasis on Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices, across multiple sites.

The engineer will document solutions, manage hardware inventories, and provide end-user support while escalating complex issues to Tier 3 when needed.
