In addition, this role serves as a company-wide resource for field engineering training and development, supporting consistency and excellence across all project teams. The Field Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all surveying and field engineering operations for complex construction projects. This position leads the development and implementation of survey plans, methodologies, and best practices to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality layout and control.
