The role includes leading the commissioning of Subsurface Compressor Systems on natural gas wells, performing daily monitoring, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of field operations experience, preferably with ESP systems. Strong SCADA knowledge and excellent communication skills are also required. Willingness to travel extensively is a must.
