Position Overview
Field Sales Executive / Team Leader: Responsible for onboarding new merchants, selling QR codes, and meeting daily targets (e.g., 110 Savings Bank accounts, 100 merchant visits). Team leaders manage up to 15 executives, monitor market presence, and assist in closing difficult B2B deals. Circle Merchant / Zonal Manager: Tasked with managing large sales territories, B2B merchant partnerships, and overall regional growth. Product Manager (UPI / FASTag): Drives product roadmaps, manages B2C feature rollouts, and collaborates with engineering and design teams. (1, 2) Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET III): Focuses on QA automation, API, and app testing to ensure high platform reliability for mobile banking and digital wallets.
