Field Service Engineer

Field Service Operations Department is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Dubai, UAE.

About the Job

• Undertaking servicing of equipment (on-site & service center) as per Alfa Laval standards and procedures.
• Safety 1st Behavioral Attitude. (Stop-Think-Act).
• Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, audits, developing solutions, fault finding, repairs and maintenance of products such as high‑speed separators & decanters used in various process industries and plate heat exchangers.
• Act as a service advisor for Alfa Laval helping to accelerate service business growth.
• Troubleshooting of Electrical / PLC controls (EPC controls 2 touch basic & Plus controls) and training customer crew on Alfa Laval equipment.
• Executing audits and maintenance activities related to Service Agreements.
