Field Service Engineer – España (Técnico de Servicio de Campo en Vacuum Technique Service)

Location

Bilbao or surrounding Basque Country, Spain. Will travel throughout Spain and occasionally Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality field service including maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning of vacuum equipment.
• Follow SOPs to perform preventive maintenance.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify business opportunities on site.
• Create proactive opportunities for the sales team.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
• Communicate service activities via reports, email and phone calls.
• Work with internal teams to resolve problems and offer tailored solutions.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace and complete accurate documentation.
• Comply with all safety protocols, including site guidelines and PPE usage.
