Trak group is seeking a Field Service Manager to support and grow a network of field technicians while driving technical excellence across mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and develop field service technicians across a national network

Design and deliver technical training programs, including hands-on sessions

Provide real-time troubleshooting support and guidance to technicians

Partner with internal teams to support product knowledge, quality, and field performance

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in field service or customer-facing technical roles
