Field Services Engineer

Provide hands-on IT infrastructure support across desktops, mobile devices, networks, servers, and manufacturing environments.
Work with diverse enterprise technologies including Windows, macOS, iOS, networking, IT assets, and data center operations.

Annual Salary: 6 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:


Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
Provide support for the handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.
Provide smart Hands and Feet support for across teams on demand
Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices to be provided.
Provide physical access to vendors on demand for site/Communication rooms – IDF/MDF/MMR and Data Center/Server room.
