As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering solutions to customers. Your expertise will enable customers to successfully integrate solutions into their operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Deploy, configure, and administer IBM FileNet Content Manager and related components (Content Engine, Process Engine, Workplace/Workplace XT, Content Navigator).
• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for FileNet solutions.
• Develop and implement content models, metadata structures, workflows, and security configurations.
