Position Overview

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role handles accounts-related duties and administrative tasks.

Accounts Matters:
  • Process vendor enquiries and timely payments.
  • Process claims/reimbursement and weekly collections monies (offerings, donations) and deposit into bank.
  • Assist accountants & auditors on accounts/audit matters.
  • Filing and keeping of records (payment vouchers, receipts, bills, bank statements etc).
  • Assist in Financial and Management Reporting.
General Admin Matters:
  • Record staff meeting on rotation basis.
  • Coordinate and work with related parties relating to Membership Classes & Special Sunday Services.
  • Assist ministry leaders / members with photocopying matters.
  • Procurement of office stationery & church use items.
  • Handle mails, phone calls and walk-in enquiry.
