This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean and entrepreneurial environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is comfortable managing responsibilities end-to-end with minimal supervision.
 
You will oversee the firm's day-to-day office operations, procurement activities, vendor management, contract administration, and facilities coordination, ensuring the business runs efficiently and smoothly. You will also drive process improvements and leverage technology and AI tools to automate workflows, improve productivity, and support the firm's growth.
