The role requires overseeing finance functions, stabilising legacy systems, and strengthening governance while managing a finance team.

• Manage the full finance function across multiple Southern African entities
• Lead external and internal audit processes with precision and confidence
• Oversee complex intercompany and cross-border transactions
• Drive insights using BI tools and financial reporting systems
• Lead, mentor, and upskill finance teams across the region
• Take charge of cleaning up historical and legacy books and entities
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and governance frameworks
