This role manages finance operations, reporting, reconciliation, payroll coordination, budgeting support, and commercial analysis for MakePay. You will make financial information reliable enough for leaders to make faster and better decisions.

• Improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, cash visibility, reconciliation, and operating analysis.
• Create cleaner finance processes for payroll, vendors, expenses, revenue tracking, and payment-related operations.
• Support leadership with practical commercial analysis around pricing, growth plans, hiring, and regional costs.
