Role Purpose

Fatima Group is expanding its footprint in oil and gas exploration, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to drive our financial operations and strategy.

This position will serve as a strategic financial anchor for the company. This role is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, capital allocation and establishing robust accounting and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will act as a critical business partner to cross-functional operational teams, ensuring that financial strategies directly support the long-term growth, liquidity, and value creation goals of the Group.
