Finance Manager Sr (Hermosillo)

• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within a dynamic business environment, preferably with a mid-large manufacturing company.
• Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience.
• Experience and demonstrated ability in effectively partnering with senior business leaders, developing a broad understanding of all aspects of operations
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills to understand, interpret, and accurately measure financial performance and communicate financial data
• Track record of being a contributing member of a high performance accounting team
• Working knowledge Tier1 ERP system preferred (Oracle, SAP)
• Strong computer skills - MS office suite
• Bilingual English and Spanish
