Position Overview

            Job Description  Responsible for managing month-end closing activities including property tax, depreciation, and investment-related entries while ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance to relevant accounting standards. 
Handles asset matters including minor assets tracking, stocktake, disposal schedules and capital expenditure reporting. 
Prepares and submits regular financial reports including GST returns, variance analysis, and Department of Statistics reports. 
Support the review of policies, system changes and FRS applications. 
Involve in financial analysis and prepare management presentations. 
Liaise with external auditors on annual financial audits for the relevant scope. 
 Other Requirements  Candidates to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
Degree holder. 
Positive work attitude with good communication skills - written and verbal English.
