Finance Reporting and Audit Manager, VisionFund International

Overview

VisionFund is World Vision’s microfinance provider serving vulnerable clients through loans, savings, and insurance. This role works with the Finance Control Director and the Director of Group Financial Control to maintain and manage the year‑end audit of VisionFund Inc., its subsidiary MFIs, and its affiliate MFIs (reported within WVI’s financial statements). The management of this audit is an essential strategic function for the group and the role also manages the US tax filings of the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global external audit management.
• Produce annual consolidated accounts for VFI and WVI affiliated MFIs.
• Update and review audit year‑end schedules.
• Interface with VFI external auditors and WVI.
• Manage reporting required for leases.
• Manage and track audit testing requirements assigned for WVI affiliated MFIs.
