Core Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – MYSG

Supported within the Core Diagnostics Finance organization, this role focuses on driving financial leadership in forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning across Malaysia and Singapore.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead financial planning processes including Annual Plan, rolling forecasts (rLBE), and monthly close, providing analysis and commentary.
• Provide insights on financial performance, key variances, business drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Country Manager and Commercial teams on profitability, pricing, cost structure, and margin management.
• Support balance sheet forecasting and working capital targets, including DSO, DOH, AR, and cash flow.
• Drive process improvement, system enhancements, and strong financial controls across MYSG.
• Coach and develop finance team members, fostering accountability and compliance. <...
