Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports, including system processing and consolidation queries.
• Serve as the point person for assigned portfolio companies.
• Perform compliance, consulting, and review of accounts.
• Compile and analyze inputs for period‑to‑period financial statement packages.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures for assigned entities.
• Assist in managing monthly consolidation and closing of books of accounts in accordance with financial reporting timelines.
• Write accounting research memos and apply findings to Globe Group transactions.
• Create and maintain the general ledger database for all entities.
• Assess and manage controls over financial reporting, ensuring risk, financial reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare various reportorial requirements for government agencies such as NTC, PSA, SEC, and BSP.
