Position Overview

Based in Edmonton, our client is an established real estate firm that has been in business for over a decade and is currently looking to add a Financial Reporting Manager to their team. The ideal candidate is a designated CPA and has 5+ years of accounting experience.
 About the Position
 Reporting to the Controller, the financial reporting manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.

Ensure financial reporting is completed accurately and in accordance with ASPE requirements.

Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and working papers prepared by the accounting team.

Coordinate the collection and consolidation of financial information across multiple entities.

Monitor compliance with lender agreements and prepare required covenant calculations and reporting packages.
