Responsibilities

• Provides end‑user support for the applicable areas within the ERP applications.
• Provides end‑user support on the interface between the ERP and the affiliated internal and external applications.
• Assists in the research, analysis and implementation of system fixes, enhancements, and upgrades related to the ERP system.
• Works with external business partners for technical assistance.
• Tests system fixes and enhancements for the ERP system.
• Assists in creating and promoting fixes and enhancements from development through production environments following the ERP change management process.
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of end‑user documentation.
