Finished Jewelry Operations Coordinator

Rare Carat, a fully remote jewelry retailer, is seeking a Finished Jewelry Associate (2–4 years experience) to manage end-to-end order and production coordination for finished pieces.

You will collaborate with manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal staff to ensure orders are accurate, dispatched on time, and meet quality standards, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
