Position Overview
Duties:
Minimum Requirements:
- Design and oversee wet services systems (water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewer).
- Develop and review fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and detection systems).
- Ensure compliance with SANS codes, municipal regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and commissioning support.
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, including coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for approvals and project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and draughtsmen.
Minimum Requirements:
- BEng/BSc in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (Pr Eng)
