Fire Risk Officer

9 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To support the Council in meeting its statutory fire safety obligations by ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards. The postholder will provide specialist fire safety expertise, manage fire risk assessment programmes, oversee the implementation of fire safety actions, and contribute to the protection of residents, staff, and Council assets across the housing portfolio. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, Building Safety Act, and applicable British and European Standards.
