Fit-Out Site Manager

Overview
We are working closely specialist NI Contractor known for delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland. With a diverse portfolio spanning retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors, our client prides themselves on their agility and technical expertise. Due to recent growth, they are now looking for a dynamic Site Manager who is ready to travel and lead multiple high-end projects (Must be willing to travel throughout Ireland & The UK).

The Role
This is not a standard painting and partitioning fit-out role. While you will manage high-end finishes for retail stores, office spaces, and restaurants, you will also be expected to oversee heavy construction elements.

You will be the number one on site, responsible for health & safety, quality, programme, and subcontractor management. You must be comfortable switching between a structural shell and a delicate internal fit-out.
