Flavor Architect: Snack & Noodle R&D Technologist

Kerry Group PLC is seeking a hands-on R&D Technologist at our Dubai R&D Centre to develop and optimise savoury snack seasonings and noodle flavours. You will partner with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver taste solutions tailored to the Middle East market.

The role requires 2–4 years in snack flavour development, with a strong eye for taste, texture, and regulatory compliance, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
